Cody Gould is a lifelong learner and passionate advocate for human potential. He currently serves as Program Faculty at the Translational Health Research Center at Texas State University, where he is also pursuing a degree in Professional Counseling. His goal is to become dual-licensed as both a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), equipping him to support individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward wholeness and balance.
Cody’s professional path reflects the richness of a “squiggly” career—one marked by exploration, growth, and diverse experience. His background spans marketing in the finance sector, commercial real estate, change management, human resources, and founding a personal development coaching practice for young adults. Through these varied roles, a consistent thread has emerged: a deep commitment to helping people discover their strengths, align with their values, and create lives of meaning.
At The Nurturing Place, Cody brings curiosity, compassion, and a wealth of lived experience to our mission of building a holistic health ecosystem where individuals and communities can thrive.
