Danielle Hayes, LCSW is a therapist, mentor, and former group practice owner who cares deeply about supporting clinicians and building sustainable, values-driven mental health practices. With over 20 years in the field, she’s walked the path from solo practitioner to co-founder of Therapy Austin, a thriving group practice in Austin, Texas, and eventually led it through a successful acquisition by Mindfully Behavioral Health, where she currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Partnerships.
Danielle maintains a small private practice focused on helping creatives and professionals through life transitions, while also mentoring therapists and practice leaders navigating change, growth, and burnout. She’s especially passionate about community building, ethical leadership, and helping others find clarity and confidence in their work.
