Victoria Paul Advisory Board

Victoria Paul currently serves at the Old Dominion University Real Estate Foundation, where she manages complex lease structures, oversees construction projects, ensures lease compliance, and guides land and property acquisitions. She brings extensive experience in commercial real estate and construction, having previously led operations for a private investment firm that went public and launched a commercial construction company in Virginia.

A dedicated community leader, Victoria has served on boards including CREW Hampton Roads (President), Wildlife Response, Inc., and SOS Hampton Roads. 

In Las Vegas, she was Director of Operations at AREA15, where she collaborated with Fired Up Management on immersive art installations. As Chief Operating Officer of Fired Up, she helped expand creative consulting services and streamline operations. Victoria remains passionate about the impact of art and creativity on well-being and community life.
